The most likely causes are:	Remedial Actions are:
Hot Glass travelling along the bottom of the forehearth Surface glass 'frozen' Incorrect temperature curve on zones Overpulling of forehearth	Check for variations in working end and furnace. Reduce Intense Cooling Spread the load across zones. Readjust setpoints as per BH-F temperature curve Reduce pull tonnage.
