The 900 Servo feeder conversion has been developed to enable mechanical feeders to be converted to full electronic control, thus enhancing productivity.

The feeder assemblies use precision servo drive systems, combined with the latest generation of ballscrews and specially designed arcual shears, to produce high quality gobs at all production speeds. The cascade bowl is recommended (where appropriate) to help ensure thermally homogenous gobs.

The servo shearing and plunger mechanisms have been designed so that they can all be mounted as direct replacements for the existing mechanical mechanisms, to suit any shearing angle, in order to simplify the conversion.

Revolving tube mechanisms also available.
