BOC Level Controller

Accurate Temperature Measurement

The Matrix Glass-Level Detector System is a reliable and accurate tool for monitoring
or controlling glass level. The system is designed and manufactured
specifically for the glass industry to match the needs of Producers by combining a Proven
measurement system with the latest in control technology to ensure optimum level control.

Automatic Operation

The Glass-Level Detector incorporates an automatic zero feature that makes it easy to set-up and use.
After first establishing glass contact, the system will automatically recalculate the current position as zero,
enabling operators to easily control glass level.
The flexible system can measure in inches or centimetres and can automatically print
reports every hour, every shift or once a day.

Complete Alarm Capability

Alarm conditions can be prioritised to Provide different alarm outputs depending on
the severity of the alarm. The system can be Programmed to initiate a rapid-flash rate
for glass-level alarms and a slow-flash rate for Probe alarms.
In addition, a stringer alarm indicates cold glass build-up
if the Probe tip is raised too long before breaking a stringer.

Maximum Flexibility

The Matrix Glass-Level Probe Mechanism can be ordered independent of the control box
with either a 0-10V or 4-20mA feedback signal for control.
This makes replacement of existing Probe mechanisms easy to
reconfigure into existing control-system equipment.
