Specifically designed for the production of large gobs for
pressed products, such as glass bricks.

The P90 pneumatic feeder combines the power of large bore
cylinders with the ease of adjustment of the 900 series forehearth.

Summary of Features

  3. Powerful plunger action capable of producing large gobs with low length to diameter ratios.
  4. Fully enclosed oil bath for shear mechanism gears to minimise wear on continuous high-speed cutting.
  5. Available with revolving tube or rotors, with bevel gear drive and variable speed/reversible motor(tubes up to 13" diameter).
  6. Microtherm spout insulation and special spout cover blocks provide temperature homogeneity and energy savings.
