Commissioning support is of course part of the engineer's job, and our engineers
are trained to ensure a problem free warm up, from the initial light off
to glass being delivered from our forehearths,
reducing the need for specialist warm up contractors for our equipment.
Our engineers carry specialist instrumentation such as pressure and oxygen sensors,
allowing them to accurately adjust and commission combustion systems.
This ensures not that the equipment is running at its most efficient
with respect to gas usage, but ensuring that emissions into
the environment are minimised.
In providing the complete glass conditioning solution,
BH-F supplies a full range of peripheral instrumentation, such as:
- Thermocouples
- Portable optical thermometers
- Oxygen Analysers
