Design Integration Services

As part of a BH-F project we offer the facility to adapt
standard BH-F equipment to maximise plant integration.
This is achieved through detailed project management with
Customers and third parties at all stages of the design.
This allows BH-F to work with Customers to deliver successful
integration with both existing equipment and new capital plant.
Depending on the complexity of the problem,
this facility may require additional site visits.

BH-F's 3D modelling facility can be used to resolve problems
if the environment is particularly complex.

Examples of this facility are:

Working end throat integration
Maximising the potential re-use of existing structural steelwork and equipment whilst not compromising design performance.
Modification of feeders to allow direct drop into a press.
