failure as a result of a defect in manufacture.

If possible identify the part required from the
operating and maintenance manual or the parts manual.

In the absence of a part number :

Identify the original BH-F job number, serial number of the equipment using the part.
Your order number for the original equipment or last order where the part was used.
Attempt to identify the assembly from the parts manual.
If this is not possible, please provide a brief description of where the part is used and if possible a photograph (as a jpeg or gif attachment to an e-mail) of the part required.

for all BH-F Feeders, Forehearths.A limited number of parts are
still available for the BH-F Bottle Breaker as follows:

our latest design or rebuild to your existing specification.

Conversions:

Please provide a full specification including details of your
future production requirements ie.
tonnage range, entry and exit temperatures and colour.

Repairs:

All goods sent to BH-F should contain clear documentation identifying:
Customer and contact name. Telephone, fax number or e-mail address
and a brief description of the problem.
IR thermometers There is a minimum inspection cost of 85 GBP to obtain a quotation for repair from the manufacturer.
Actuators: Please send to BH-F marked for the attention of the Spares
Administrator. Dependent on the make and model there may be a minimum
inspection charge, which we can confirm prior to or on receipt of the
returned unit, a quotation for the repair will be forwarded to you .
